Application and Evaluation Process to be Followed
This diagram shows the steps to follow in the congress participation process.
Participants must pre-register via the registration link. (Deadline: April 6, 2026)
Participants wishing to present a paper should prepare their abstract texts according to the congress rules and send them to the congress addresses (3.ULUSAL MOLEKÜLER BİYOLOJİ VE GENETİK ÖĞRENCİ KONGRESİ).
Submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review process.
As a result of this evaluation, the abstract may be approved or revisions may be requested.
Participants must submit their payment receipt for approved abstracts. (Deadline: April 10, 2026)
Abstracts that receive revision suggestions from the reviewers will be notified via email.
After participants make the necessary adjustments, their abstracts will be re-evaluated, and a final decision will be made at the end of this process.
Abstracts will be published in the online congress booklet after the congress ends.
Researchers who wish to publish their abstract text as a full text in our relevant journals can submit their full texts until May 18, 2026. Please note that a study submitted as a full text cannot be published as an article later!
Those wishing to attend the congress as listeners only should register directly, submit their payment receipt, and complete their registration.
NOTE:
There will be no updates to the congress registration and application dates.
Registration will be completed within the time allocated for the congress, taking into account the congress program and name badge printing times. Refunds are not available for payments made.
