Oral Presentation Rules
-
Oral presentations will be prepared and delivered in Turkish by the relevant author. All presentations will be conducted in accordance with the order specified in the conference program. Papers not presented during the meeting will not be published in the proceedings.
- The total time allocated for oral presentations is 20 minutes, of which 15 minutes are for the presentation and 5 minutes are for discussion.
- In order for the conference program to run smoothly, presentation times must be strictly adhered to.
- The presentation content should clearly state the purpose of the study, the materials and methods used; a significant portion of the presentation should be devoted to the findings, discussion, and conclusions.
- Oral presentations should be prepared in a clear and understandable manner and supported by appropriate visual elements to better convey the subject matter.
- Presentations will be conducted in accordance with the announced conference program, and no changes will be made after the program is published.
