Oral Presentation Rules

The relevant author will prepare and deliver oral presentations in Turkish. All presentations will be conducted in accordance with the order specified in the conference program. Only papers presented during the meeting will be published in the proceedings.
- The total time allocated for oral presentations is 15 minutes, of which 10 minutes are for the presentation and 5 minutes are for discussion.
- To ensure the conference program runs smoothly, presentation times must be strictly adhered to.
- The presentation content should clearly state the purpose of the study and the materials and methods used; a significant portion of the presentation should be devoted to the findings, discussion, and conclusions.
- Oral presentations should be prepared clearly and concisely and supported by appropriate visual elements to better convey the subject matter.
- Presentations will follow the conference program, which will not be changed after publication.
