Poster Presentation Rules

Each participant may present a maximum of two (2) papers (1 oral + 1 poster or 2 posters).

University logos may be placed in the upper right or left corner of posters.

Papers not presented during the conference will not be published in the conference abstract book.

Poster presentations must be prepared in Turkish.

Times New Roman font must be used in the text.

The full names and addresses of all authors must be provided; the name of the participant presenting the paper should be underlined for emphasis.

References must be provided in the References section of the poster.

Information Regarding Poster Preparation

  • Posters should be prepared as single pages.
  • Posters should measure 70 cm in width and 90 cm in height.
  • Posters will be displayed on the date, at the location, and in the numbered section specified in the scientific program.
  • The title of the presentation, author names, and institutional addresses should appear at the top of the posters.
  • Posters should be prepared with an appropriate font size and layout so that they can be read from a distance of approximately two (2) meters.
  • The technical materials required for hanging posters in the poster area will be provided by the congress organizing committee.
  • Participants may use different designs, provided that the sample poster template, dimensions, and main headings shared by the congress are taken into account.

POSTER PRESENTATION AWARD

The owners of the award-winning poster presentations at the 3rd National Molecular Biology and Genetics Student Congress, as determined by the vote of the Congress Scientific Committee, will receive award certificates and free registration for the next congress (for the person who participated in the congress and is the author of the work).

Awards will be given to the first-named researchers.
